Clear Creek High School Alumni Association Scholarship Requirements ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP The Clear Creek Alumni Association will award a one-year $1,500 scholarship to a deserving senior of Clear Creek High School that may be used at any institution of higher learning. To be eligible, a student must: 1. Have maintained at least a 3.0 grade-point average. 2. Be a Clear Creek High School senior student. 3. Have been a full-time student at C.C.H.S. for at least two years. 4. Have participated in at least two different extracurricular activities. 5. Have demonstrated good attendance throughout high school. 6. Submit a letter requesting the scholarship committee’s consideration. The letter should include: a) The name of the institution the student plans to attend. b) The field of study the student intends to pursue. c) Reasons why the student should be chosen for the grant. (Please explain the need for financial assistance. Be specific.) 7. Attach all high-school transcripts, including verification of G.P.A. and extracurricular activities as well as class rank. All letters of application must be given to the counseling office by the 21st of March in 2008.
